Chapter 8/1

Fantasy Faire Location

Cynthia’s Fury.
I have just returned to Fantasy Faire after time immemorial and above all without memories.
I thought it was a dream, I see myself in the school uniform with Gina, my best friend, to study together as usual,
in the belief that my dream was a lie.
-Richard my love where are you… Rimion mother’s heart – I bring hand to cover my face almost to stifle the tears that flow down copious. I inhale deeply.
I’m back and now it’s my turn! I don’t have time to cry or complain. Damn Dark Elf, and damn Pamela! Oh I’ll make them both pay.
I change my outfit quickly: a short sleeveless tunic, in order to leave the movements free for the weapons that I will use in battle.
I send Ryanna the Fairy and Lórien the Elf a carrier pigeon. The message is short – I’m at Fanatasy Faire. And now it’s war! –
Before long my friends are here with me in the clearing. We embrace each others , they are my brothers, an Elf and a Fairy and I love them deeply.
We walk towards the castle of the Dark Elf, but he is not there, not even a shadow of him, and yet … a strange presentiment pervades me.
Lórien and Ryanna exchange a knowing look. Their gazes finally rest on me, both have sensed the danger.
All we can do is reach out to the handle of the trusty blade, looking for the firmest grip possible. Will we be able to emerge unscathed from a fight with an invisible enemy who does not reveal himself?!

• It’s Zana! – I manage to say in a fit of anger. Zana is an evil entity, a Dark Elf he was long ago, a terror of Fantasy Faire since the dawn of time and father of my longtime enemy the Dark Elf Pel.
  Finally we can see his silhouette, he is sitting on the throne almost as if he were waiting for us. Pamela arrives and tries to subjugate us all with the power of her thoughts,
  taking her supernatural strength from Zana to whom her presence hovers in a frightening way to say the least.
  The three of us pounce on Pamela – Never go near Thia again! – I say trying to disorient her
  So I try a blow, the moment is very critical, I never thought I’d make it! The intent is not to kill her, however Pamela collapses to the ground as I walk away – Ryanna says – you defeated her Cyn – and Lórien followed – she’s dead… – I nod to then say – Now Thia is free from the evil inflicted by her mother – Zana’s presence leaves us in peace by disappearing, it is as if she had dissolved in the darkness in a flash, yet the feeling of imminent danger continues to give me no respite.
  We walk away from the castle together, unaware of how deep evil is still around us. .
