- Chapter 1 –
The sound of the bell distracts her from her thoughts, she knows that a boy will arrive at the school, a new one they say, from Korea they say, she is fascinated by it, she has always loved Asian countries, the stories and the culture, the music and oh…. that of the Idols! She smiles to herself, then has a grimace of disappointment – I forgot lunch – In the corridor waiting for her is Tim, her lifelong friend, her confidant, the one who is always there for her. Tall blond and two blue eyes that look her up and down – where are you going Lucy the bell just rang! – The girl shakes her head, as she does so a cascade of silky blond hair moves, and the red ribbon that kept them tied slides slowly and silently to the floor. Tim picks it up and then with a polite smile says – let me tie your hair – Lucy nods and lets him do it – thank you – she quickly says and he in return – Go buy lunch, the school canteen is closed today! – he says seriously – I’ll cover your back with the Professor – he winks at her in a knowing way and Lucy runs towards the exit to return immediately after, coffee with milk, and the sandwich in a take-away tray. – Be careful, you’ll drop it! – Tim says immediately and guides her lovingly towards the desk – Just in time the lesson is about to start
